Breads, Buns and Dinner Rolls

We make a variety of mouth-watering breads - 

Bun Bread, Butter Krust, Cheddar Cheese, Cinnamon, Garlic, Homemade, Italian, Party Rye, Pretzel Rye, Raisin, various Rye Breads - Light, Dark, Onion, Round, & Salt Top- Sour Dough and Vienna Breads - Plain, Cornmeal, Poppy & Sesame.   

We're known for our amazing buns - Hamburger, Hot Dog, and Mini/Sliders. You can find them in our store and at several retail outlets and restaurants across town.  IYKYK, and if you don't you must try them!

They are not just for special occasions (although we sell a TON at the holidays!).

We have Butter Bits, Poppy Seed Horns, Sesame Seed Knots and assorted Hard Rolls - Plain, Cornmeal, Poppy and Sesame.

Depending on where you are from, you can call it a submarine, a hero, an Italian, a grinder, a wedge, a spuckie, a poor boy, a topedo or even a rocket...it's what we in the midwest call a Hoagie.  Our Hoagie Rolls are the perfect size and texture for your Cuban, New Orleans Muffuletta, Philly Cheese Steak and any number of hoagie-style sandwiches.
